> With extensive packaging and assembly experience; > With knowledge in Probe and FT is an advantage; > Good in project management; > With experience in running the project from Womb to Tomb; > With experience in running multiple qualification projects at the same time. Subcon exposure/transfer or NPI projects preferred; > Fully committed and willing to go extra mile; > Accountable and decisive; > Can work independently; > Strong market and industry linkage; > Knowledgeable in Legacy Packages like TO and SO packages; > Ability to lead and drive people at all level; > Crossfunctional leader; > PMP or any Project Management Certification is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
> Drive Subcon, NPI, NPD, Transfer, Value Engineering Projects using project management methodology;
> Work with Subcons in analyzing process and quality issues;
> Review corrective actions or efectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed;
> Coordinate with Subcons to get the needed support for Qualification and Engineering evaluations and other engineering activities;
> Responsible for cost reduction eforts related to process and BOM at Subcons, including Subcon-Internal or Subcon-Subcon transers and vice-versa;
> Supports New Parts Loading and New Subcon qualiications;
> Responsible for products' initial health i.e. Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time;
