Drive improvement initiatives for Factory Test Product Engineering in Carmona Plant 2
Evaluate and implement solutions for test manufacturing issues such as yield loss and QA gate failure
Analyze, debug and solve test related problems occurring during probe and final test processes
Evaluate and implement process change for improvements to help increase yield, quality and cycle time
Drive OOEE improvement efforts to increase capacity and reduce test costs
Qualifications
Graduate of an Engineering degree
With 5 to 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
With knowledge in at least one of the following ATEs: Advantest T2000, SZ, TMT, Maverick, Sentry, Trillium/Delta, Quartet, Teradyne J750, STS3000/5000
Familiar with Final Test and Probe Manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience using electronic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVM's signal generators and spectrum analyzers
Sound knowledge on mixed signal test methodologies
Solid track record of effective problem solving and decision making
Strongly driven to produce results in a timely fashion or strong sense of competitive urgency
Knowledgeable in Statistics, SPC, FMEA, 8D, DMAIC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
