SENIOR TEST DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Essential Job Functions :
• The position will be responsible but not limited to the functions below:
• Support handover of test solution from R&D to operations;
• Resolve test related issues encountered by manufacturing sites;
• Perform buy-off and release of test hardware and software;
• Implement improvement activities like test platform migration, test time reduction and more parallelism initiatives;
• Conduct product characterization and validation;
• Support new test location qualification like sub-con;
• Perform bench testing as part of correlation study and customer return verification;
• Perform test development activities for new product introduction from design, debug, buy-off to release.
Job Requirements/Qualification
• Experienced in test development of power management products;
• Experienced in using Eagle and TMT testers;
• Good troubleshooting, hardware design and programming skills;
• Excellent knowledge in electronics and various circuitries;
• Good project management skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Fully committed and willing to go the extra mile.
Experience/Skills:
> 5 years experience in product and test development engineering related to power management devices. Good knowledge in using ETS88, ASL1K and various bench equipment.
NI programming skills and circuit/PCB design knowledge is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
