Provide support and maintenance of UnitedHealth Group Contact Center Infrastructure and applications with an emphasis on the Contact Center Application such as but not limited to the following: NICE, QFINITI, NEXIDIA, APA. We are responsible to support the applications and their availability. Team resolves day to day query, incident or request and also works on lot of innovation to improve our customer experience and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibility:
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge and experience on SDLC and Break Fix Process
Knowledge on SQL development, Store Proc, Performance tuning, SSIS and SSRS
Knowledge on ITIL and Agile processes and helps to resolve incidents/business requests in time. And can do the proactive monitoring of the system
Ability to design the business reports and create integration packages to transfer data from different sources as per business request, so that it will help us to support our business batter
Willing to learn new technology to support the contact center platform
