THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15%- Reviews and participates in the works of lower-level specialists
15%- Establishes and sustains network linkages with TVET stakeholders and partners in the region
15%- Organizes and mobilizes resources for efficient implementation of TESD programs, projects and activities
15%- Implements, monitors, and evaluates TESD programs and services
15%- Conducts independent researches and studies
15%- Provides technical/ instructional services to agency beneficiaries/ stakeholders
5%- Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as in formulating educational/ training program for a subject field and
5%- Perform other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
.Preferably an NTTC holder
.Preferably a National Certificate (NC) holder
.Proficient in oral and written communication
.Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
.Good in networking and linkaging
.Possesses positive work attitude
.Good interpersonal relations
