Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15%-Conducts monitoring and review on the implementation of scholarship programs
15%-Prepares Qualification Maps and Maximum Absorptive Capacity of the Region
15%-Manages assigned TESD Operations
10%-Prepares communication, reports, documentation reports, budget proposal and other technical reports
10%-Provides technical supports, mobilizes resources and conducts field visits in the implementation of scholarship programs
10%-Develops and handles special programs, i.e. UAQTEA, scholarship programs, Social Marketing and Advocacy, Institutional Awards-Kabalikay and Idol (Wage and Self)
10%-Understanding on the partnerships
10%-Assists in the preparation of work and financial plans and other periodic reports and
5%-Performs other functions when deemed necessary.
