As a Senior Tax Accountant,
You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws, optimizing tax strategies, and providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders.
Some of the things we'd expect you to do are to...
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns.
Preparing and lodging BASs, IAS, and FBT Returns.
Tax consulting including employee share schemes, restructuring and advice
Strategic business planning.
Supporting up-and-coming talent to develop and grow.
Financial modelling and forecasting.
Working alongside other teams to identify opportunities to collaborate on client engagements.
We would need you to be or have the following...
Adept at Xero and certified
Adept at Asana
Adept at Australian Taxation Office Portal
Supervisory or leadership experience is a must!
3 years experience in Australian taxation (preparing company Income tax returns)
Experienced in preparing BAS
Must have excellent communication skills
