Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting, identifying and hiring the best and brightest talent
in the Servicing Industry. The selected candidate will be results-oriented and will work directly with key personnel on
all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment strategy, full life cycle recruiting and creating recruiting
techniques to ensure open positions are being filled in a timely manner. The selected candidate will also be
responsible for supporting other non-recruiting HR initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career
pipeline and work authorization for professional, technical, and managerial positions
Source candidates through multiple channels, to include extensive use of our internet related recruiting
systems
Administer safety and integrity assessment to field technicians as part of interview process
Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout
the staffing process
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment
strategies
Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions to
proactively create pools of qualified candidates
Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
Promote the Smart Care brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
Attend career fairs/recruiting events
Attract top entry-level talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best
practices
Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
Responsible for significant projects such as vendor management or special initiative recruiting efforts
Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent experience
Five (5) years of experience in recruiting
Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignments
Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently drive strategy and build productive relationships
Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge and experience using Workday
