Job Summary
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is in charge of the successful completion of hiring demands of assigned specific business function or unit, while ensuring that the agreed quality of hire and timelines are met thru the Manulife global standards of hiring.
Responsibilities
. Ensure that the staffing requirements are met and the highest quality of applicants is maintained for administrative, professional, and management roles while strictly observing the Manulife Global Hiring process and procedures
. Partner with various hiring managers and business unit leaders in meeting hiring needs and addressing challenges (planning, sourcing, screening, onboarding)
. Provide relevant hiring information to the Talent Acquisition team and business partners regarding sourcing and recruiting trends, hiring progress and determining recruiting strategies within budget. . Implement sourcing activities as aligned with the Talent Attraction (Sourcing) team in Manila such as, but not limited to, market scan for assigned location, campus relations and job fair management, referral promotion, NHO talk, etc.
. Provide regular status update on leads generated through a supply report and provide an insightful report to the Leaders (Sourcing and Recruitment) for strategic directives.
. Administer role-required assessments to candidates.
. Conduct interviews/screen candidates based on skills and competencies required in assigned roles.
. Provide feedback and results to processed candidates in a timely fashion.
. Conduct job offer discussion and manage negotiations with identified candidates.
. Regularly monitor and assess the progress of hiring to ensure completion of targets on time.
. Generate and present Talent Acquisition-related reports.
. Assist in training new members of the Talent Acquisition Team
Qualifications
. Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably a graduate of Human Development Management/Psychology/Behavioral Science or equivalent course
. At least 5 years of experience in contact center or volume sourcing and hiring in a BPO, financial or share services environment.
. At least 2 years of experience in account management (planning, sourcing, screening, offer, onboarding)
. Exce llent English communication skills (spoken and writing)
. Strong client management and people skills (ability to professionally represent the organization to the candidates, build rapport and establish meaningful relations with Hiring Managers and business unit leaders, collaborate with TA Team to meet targets)
. Strong analytical skills to shortlist and make hiring decisions, at the same time assess hiring challenges.
. Problem-solving skills to come up with short and long-term solutions to hiring challenges.
. Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications at the same time.
. Strong level of agility to adapt in process transformations.
. Amenability to work in Mactan, Newtown, LLC, Cebu
