Position Description: Risk Technology's Limit Monitoring Team is looking for an experienced, driven, and motivated QA specialist to join our efforts to improve out testing abilities as well as work to improve our testing capabilities through automat Position Description: Risk Technology's Limit Monitoring Team is looking for an experienced, driven, and motivated QA specialist to join our efforts to improve out testing abilities as well as work to improve our testing capabilities through automation. There are several projects in flight, which are looking to consolidate on a single React Based Front End paired together with Java based Middleware. There are currently relational DBs (Sybase/Greenplum) serving as back end but other solutions are being evaluated. The projects are: . Implementation of Limit Monitoring of Commodities Positions in accordance with the new/expanded CFTC Rules that expands monitoring of in-scope Listed Futures and Options to also include additional Listed Contracts as well as in-scope Over-the-Counter Options and Economically Equivalent Swaps. The additional requirements will bring in real-time or near-real-time monitoring of positions with a sophisticated alerting and escalation mechanisms. There will also be a significant Desktop and Mobile UI components that will be used by Traders, Front Office and Market Risk Management. . Consolidation of our current End of Day and Intraday Exposure Limits Monitoring software into a single platform with later transition to Cloud Computing. A successful candidate should have strong hands on experience with: . Selenium . Java (as it pertains to testing an automation, as opposed to Java Development) . SQL . JIRA A successful candidate should have strong knowledge and understanding of: . Scrum Agile Methodology . SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle . Cucumber and BDD frameworks . Continuous Testing and Pipeline Management (through Jenkins) . Linux OS Additionally, familiarity with: . Performance Testing .
