4-5 years of meaningful working experience as a QA test automation engineer in a software company. Have experience in automation frameworks like Selenium other Iterative software development environments. A logical way of thinking. Test planning, test case creation, and test execution experience. UI testing experience, preferably in mobile and/or web application projects. Test automation experience and familiarity with some test automation tools are appreciated. Willing and able to work as a team member in multiple Scrum projects at the same time. Self-motivated and passionate about testing. Some programming skills are an advantage.
