We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager. This person will lead the content creation and direction of marketing across key social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter). Responsibilities will also include analyzing metrics across all platforms to report on performance and recommendations for optimizations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional, who has a zeal for knowing what will resonate socially, get ahead of what's trending, and a knack for responding to trending cultural moments in real-time. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all initiatives to ensure social engagement, growth, brand consistency, and increased web traffic and acquisition.
This person should have experience operating and performing in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to build and manage the Social Media Marketing of the Brand
· Create the Social Media Marketing strategy
· Create a marketing campaign
· Strong LINKEDIN background with influencer marketing and lead generation expertise.
· This person will manage the Social Media Marketing team and projects while defining the production process, he/she will improve our productivity and quality production by scooting and integrating technology in our process.
· Oversee and implement the brand's content strategy for all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube), balancing the brand's content with brand-sponsored content.
· Lead strategy and calendar for all Instagram properties, while managing other team members to implement the content.
· Manage the monthly content calendars - both internally and externally (for the brand).
· Ownership of all analytics and reporting across every channel; responsible for identifying trends, outlining key learnings, and recommendations.
· Track and document budget (this includes content creation fees and giveaways spend) on a monthly basis.
· Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across social media, creative, and influencer teams.
· Oversee social analytics tool usage and implementation.
· Lead a team and contribute to their individual performance, while coaching and empowering them.
Requirements:
· 2 years of experience in a similar role in an agency
· 8 years of experience as SoME specialist in an agency.
· Worked with clients from Tech, Finance and Service industry preferred
· Proven track record of developing content campaigns across multiple platforms and multiple formats.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Keen attention to detail.
