Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with focus on Cebu projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction activities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure project compliance with safety standards and specifications.
Organize and coordinate construction works effectively on-site.
Assess hazards and determine risks for all activities.
Report diligently to all officers in charge and maintain clear communication.
Qualifications:
4 to 10 years of relevant site experience in construction, architectural engineering, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Preference will be given to licensed engineers.
Demonstrates diligence, honesty, and excellent time management skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Resilient under pressure and able to work with minimal supervision.
Keen attention to detail.
Driver's License (2 wheel) is a plus but not required.
