You will oversee the designing and developing of Shopify websites for new and existing clients of a fast-growing Australian digital company. You will customize a store's User Interface based on the corresponding brand standards and style guides, and you integrate various components into the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On Shopify
-Create one-of-a-kind, user-friendly Shopify websites that reflect a company's branding and specifications.
-Be responsible for the development of the Shopify platform, themes (Impulse, Prestige, Parallax, Icon, Story, etc.), liquid programming language and corresponding apps.
-Design UX based on the brand standard and style guide.
-Implement critical system integrations.
-Take part in the development of open-source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and other common web technologies that are essential for creating seamless multichannel experiences.
-Create a store template that works with a business's plugins.
-Ensure the website is search engine friendly and optimized.
-Develop testing plans and troubleshoot issues related to eCommerce issues.
-Use advanced debugging techniques and browser developer tools.
-Sync the Shopify website with a business's social media platforms.
-Building content pages in the back end.
-Installing and designing basic/premium theme builds/rebuilds to brief.
-Work with the company's freelancers to manage on-going website development and customization.
-Continuously improve your creative approach by being a lifelong learner, experimenting, and utilizing tools such as data and audience segmentation.

-Maintain and manage our processes and operational digital documentation system.
-Assistant with CRM management.

Requirements
Experience
-At least two years' experience on the Shopify Platform
-General experience building, launching, and maintaining stores.
-General knowledge of the Shopify admin system
-Thorough understanding and experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript languages Filta | Business & Position Analysis Report 3 Commercial In Confidence
-Advanced understanding and experience with Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating
-Solid understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, general eCommerce, and consumer marketing technologies
