What you will do:
-Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
-Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value
-Build automation, integrations, or other capabilities to ensure efficient processes and solutions.
-Perform administration of the ServiceNow platform, including issue, performance mitigation, and health checks.
-Perform unit test planning and execution for own code.
-Contribute to test strategy for integration testing. May create automated unit tests.
What we are looking for:
-5+ years of experience in development and administration of the ServiceNow platform
-5+ years of experience with ITIL and ITSM
-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration & administration with Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and PaaS model
-Ability to design solutions in ServiceNow platform
-In-depth experience with ServiceNow ITSM applications for Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service, Configuration, Asset Management.
-Strong knowledge of ServiceNow glide layer and wrappers build on top of it.
-Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/SASS, REST web services, Bootstrap, JQuery, and responsive web design.
-Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, and Flow Designer Flows
