Job Description:
Manages maintenance and execution of platform operations and projects in the order received or based on criticality.
Collaborates with departments for new platform builds and troubleshooting platform issues.
Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions.
Advises with managers status updates, issues and/or concerns.
Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
Administers onsite and remote assistance.
Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions.
Performs other duties and/or special projects.
Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
