ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Deliverables
Review and analyze critical inventory and work with stakeholders to mitigate shortages
Work with warehousing & logistics for inventory rebalancing across European warehouses
Manage shipping lead times in the system
Manage system shipment calendar
Schedule sales orders
Communicate with partner sales representatives (PSRs) on order shipping dates
On-time Delivery (OTD) Validation and reporting
Support User Acceptance Testing on System Enhancements
Adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience working with offshore team
Background in Inventory Control is a plus
Required skill(s): Fluency in English, Excellent in managing Spreadsheets for Reports, Good Organization skills, Process Oriented
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient with MS Office Applications esp. Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Oracle or any ERP systems
Knowledge in E2Open preferred but not required
Superior written and oral communication and collaboration skills, and can deal with executives and business leaders
Excellent listening and comprehension skills for complex issues
Process oriented and trainable
Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask technical issues and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline
Demonstrated an ability to take initiative and be proactive
Possess leadership skills, self-starter
Flexible to changes and be able to adapt quickly
Organized and very keen to details
Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
Must be willing to work on mid-shift (European Shift)
3pm-12midnight Phil time, Daylight-Saving Time Europe
4pm-1am Phil time, Non-Daylight-Saving Time Europe
