As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design and develop external and internal Salesforce portals in collaboration with the Business Systems team. Also, you will be operating in an Agile environment (SAFe), and you will work closely with team members across departments to improve the usability and functionality of their Salesforce environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement solutions for internal and external Salesforce portals as per stakeholder requirements
Ongoing testing and quality assurance
Ensure solutions are developed within agreed timeframes
Creating procedures and technical documentation correlating to solution implementation
Providing ongoing support as part of solution handover
Staying up to date with emerging technologies that can offer business improvements and experimenting with new technologies to see how it can aid the business
Share development skills and knowledge with the rest of the team
Build and maintain effective and constructive relationships across the organization
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or similar discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development including LWC/Aura
Apex, Salesforce triggers and flows
SFDX and development on IDE
Good communication skills
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment across multiple projects
Advantageous skills:
Advanced Salesforce certifications
Experience with Experience Cloud
Experience working remotely with distributed teams
Proficiency in MS Azure or AWS
Experience working with databases (NoSQL/Relational DB)
Experience with other development languages, frameworks and tech stacks, integration platforms (e.g MuleSoft) or APIs highly regarded
Strong interest in continuously improving the quality of systems and processes
Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how Salesforce can have a multiplier effect on business efficiency
UI/UX development experience with JavaScript
