We are growing our team and are looking to establish a center of excellence to deliver the best in class service to our many different clients. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Analyze and plan all new functionality being developed during the Sprint/Release. . Identify additional details concerning specific requirements beyond the standard scenarios. . Design and prepare Testing strategies and Test plans. . Test Salesforce UI and API. . Maintain CRM functionality using SDFC - page layout, standard/custom objects & fields. . Understand automation framework, coding standards, script maintenance/troubleshooting for existing and new scripts, debugging code. . Validate requirements that have been developed based on up-front test cases and that all Acceptance Criteria are met. . Track and manage defects and work with the team to prioritize and resolve them. . Ensures that the defects are well documented and understood (easily reproducible) by other team members. . Updates testing progress at the Stand-up meetings. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Prior experience in SFDC Testing. . Knowledge on Salesforce packages like Pardot, RIVA or similar apps (for email notifications). . Proficient in testing applications using Selenium web driver. . e2e QE test experience (including but not limited) automation. . Understanding of SFDC Architecture & concepts is required. . Strong communication/presentation skills. . Able to work with various teams in a collaborative manner.
