Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage best-in-class Salesforce functionality Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com Support the team's vision to deliver end to end process simplification including new features and functionality on our journey transitioning from Classic to Lightning Identify process and system risks, surface actionable insights and design and implement a plan for improvement
