MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Senior Sales Representative!
General Description: The Sales Representative helps increase the company's revenue by generating, qualifying and converting leads to become prospects.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Navigating online platforms & tools to identify possible prospects & leads.
Minimal lead generation and nurturing by doing research and telemarketing (make outbound initial and follow calls.
Calling & Email prospects to set appointments
Data entry of deals in the pipeline
Following up with the client for an appointment or to get a deal signed
Following up with their respective managers to work on their deals
Overseeing the team and leading them accordingly
Offer insights and suggestions to improve team processes, efficiency, and collaboration
Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and presentations as the team's representative
 Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
At least 6 months or more sales experience
Preferably but not required to have an IT background
College level or a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Preferably with cold calling experience or appointment setter
Strong organizational skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
Must prefer to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work during holidays
Willing to report to the office
 Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 30,000 - 35,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Sales commission (monthly recurring commission from accounts won and can earn up to 5-6 digits)
