Working with architects and engineers to design structures that are structurally sound
Recommending materials, equipment, and methods to increase efficiency and quality of construction materials and methods
Developing plans for the construction of roads and buildings using concrete materials
Conducting laboratory tests on concrete samples to determine the properties of concrete and the most suitable applications for each type of concrete
Consulting with clients on the design of concrete structures such as bridges, buildings, dams, and roads
Conducting field inspections of construction sites to ensure that the concrete work is being done according to specifications
Testing samples of concrete or concrete mixtures to determine their strength or density
Estimating the cost of materials and labor needed to complete projects based on design specifications
Developing technical specifications for concrete mixtures based on client preferences and project requirements
Qualifications:>15 years total work experience in Construction (rebar & concrete works)
>At least 5 years experience in railway environment
>Construction related Degree (Engineering graduate)
>With professional qualifications, seminars and training is a plus.
