Ensure that the company if fully complies with the requirements of regulatory bodies and has a valid pertinent licenses and product registrations with appropriate government agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)
Design a functional organizational structure that conforms to the regulatory body and external requirements.
Review and update job descriptions of each staff. Ensure that staffs are well-aware of their individual duties and responsibilities.
Monitor performance and competence of each staff. Design appropriate improvement plan.
Plan and Manage RA activities. Consistently monitor progress thru meetings and review of timely reports.
Safeguard RA documents and ensure that they are complete and compliant to regulations.
Ensure that RA activities and requirements are well coordinated with the management committee and/or external clients.
Ensure compliance of documents required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and timely updates.
Help implement and monitor the company's compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collate queries and concerns of internal and external clients and ensure that they are addressed accordingly.
Participate in the audit of the manufacturing plant to check compliance with the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices and recommend/identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding technical needs, product updates and quality problems, when applicable.
Assist in providing information and trainings to concerned personnel with regards to Good Manufacturing Practices, Product Recall, Product Complaints, Good Storage Practice and Proper disposal of expired/rejected products.
Perform ad-hoc or urgent regulatory affairs tasks, if the need arises.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Engineering (Chemical), or equivalent.
2. At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Technical Regulatory Skills, Time Management, Leadership and Analysis
4. With background in cosmetics, personal care and health, wellness products.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
