We are looking for a high level recruitment executive that has managed recruitment operations for companies of 1,000+ employees, processing thousands of applicants per year (if you do not have this experience, please do not apply), to consult on a part-time basis as an advisor and coach on how to take our recruitment operations to the next level (we have 330+ employees at this stage).  
 
Experience mass hiring software engineers specifically is a huge advantage. 
 
Join us as an: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Part-time)
 
In this role you'll get to:
Analyze and evaluate existing recruitment processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience
Improve current recruitment metrics
Possibly recommend new sourcing tools and technologies
Suggest additional sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates
Plan further improvements towards a 1000+ people organization
What you'll need to succeed:
At least 15 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on process improvement and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition trends.
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR Software
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
