About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and go-getter Senior Recruiter to be assigned to our Australian client and work alongside the recruitment team in the Philippines and Australia. Your focus will be sourcing candidates and building the talent pool to meet the open permanent and contractual roles in Australia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Optimising strategic sourcing channels & building networks & pipelines to ensure the quality of hire;
Conduct professional telephone interviews with candidates in a variety of roles;
Identify and prescreen candidates that best meet the role requirements and are able to start within the timeframe;
Manage candidates through the recruitment process, from initial screening through to interview preparation;
Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles, building a large database of candidates;
Provide new improvement ideas to improve the recruitment process and systems;
Support your team mates to achieve their outcomes.
Requirements
Do you have what we are looking for:
At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment - various roles and industries;
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Experience and worked with Australian and US clients preferred but not essential;
Excellent organisational, time-management skills with attention to detail;
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease;
High sense of urgency and speed of delivery without compromising on quality;
