The opportunity
Key Accountabilities
Main Role
Providesaccurate and constructive feedback on the outputs of the multimedia artists. Detects and highlights non-brand compliant errors and improvements
Provides artistic direction to video projects

Cooperates with the Junior QA in working on complex video storyboard and/or output
Compares clients instructions against the collaterals produced by the team for content and video accuracy/correctness
Guides Multimedia Artists in communicating with the clients/stakeholders for any clarifications related to instructions and provides alternatives if certain requests are not compliant with the brand
Checksassets contained in a video to ensure they are precise and properly aligned
Provides efficient and prompt feedback to the assigned MultimediaArtists/client
Works with the Project Coordinator, Quality Analysts, Graphic Designers, other Multimedia Artists, and Account Managers to meet clients needs.
Ensures project is completed within set schedules
Pitches video ideas to clients
Manages client relations and determines their present and future needs
Collaborates with the Junior QA in organizing and conducting trainings on skills re-alignment for the team
Coordinates with the Junior QA in creating Skill Level Survey for the multimedia artists
Evaluates the skills and performance of multimedia artists, and ranks them accordingly with the help of the Junior QA
Works with the Junior QA in accomplishingthe monthly performance trackers of artists
Mentors/coaches multimedia artists in terms of video editing/production skills and work ethics supplies evaluation to TL regarding junior multimedia artists performance
Has acceptable expertise and adequate experience on video costing
Supports the team's Project Coordinator in managing/delegating video projects, acknowledging video project requests, and providing video cost to clients
Partakes in other administrative tasks (i.e.Brandhub duties, Project Coordinator/TL backup, etc.)
Minor Roles
Video pre-/post-production
Bears a wide knowledge and a solid understanding of video production
Renders video creation services (including storyboard, resource allocation, subtitling, video transcribing, video editing, and full animation) based on the client's or account manager's instruction brief
Iterates video outputs according to feedback
Project Management
Estimates time required to complete the task
Oversees the pre- and post-production phase of video projects
Observes project deadlines and track progress
Research
Looks into and develops video concepts
Explores emerging technologies and concepts
Discovers ways on how to innovate and redefine processes so that project efficiency is attained
Minimumskills requirements:
Basic qualifications
Has at least two yearsof experience as a Quality Analyst of Video materials
Proficient in using Adobe video productions tools (After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Has previouswork experience as Creative liaison with cross-functional teams in Publishing, Advertising/Marketing, Media, Design or Film industries
Bears solid communication (listening, speaking, and writing) and organizational skills
An online design portfolio is required for submission and assessment.
Additionalqualifications
Any experience working with international clients is a plus.
Having wide knowledge and vast experience in 3D video production is an advantage.
Has background in covering events or video shoots using necessary equipment (e.g. DSLR, drone, lights, etc.)
Previous work in a BPO environment (not required, but is an advantage)
Skillfulin using Microsoft Office Applications/tools (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
