Description
Qualifications
1. Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology/ Management. Professional qualification or experience in Testing would be an advantage.
3. At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Test Analyst in a project team environment delivering integrated systems.
4. Work experience in banking environment is desirable.
5. Working experience of test management tools including automation tool, defect tracking tool (Jira)
6. Must possess a solid understanding of the Agile Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle.
7. Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills in English
8. Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
9. Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills
10. Must have the ability to understand and relate to new products, technology, or strategy and be able to follow directions
