Senior Project Manager

You will have an opportunity to:
-Develop and execute a PMO strategy
-Coach and monitor adoption of PM standards
-Ensure flawless execution of projects
-Monitor estimate costs, timelines, and resource requirements for the completion of each project
-Ensure that thresholds, service levels, and variance agreements are observed and correctly reported for reviews and proper action
-Manage and assess business reviews
-Lead a diverse team as they focus on dealing with complex projects simultaneously
-Deliver appropriate coaching and development to direct reports
-Improve the team's workflow, maximize resources and efficiency, and address roadblocks
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required

-Extensive Leadership skills
-Expert in both traditional and agile project methodologies
-Excellent analytical planning and organizational skills
-Proven champion in project development and creation
-PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage
-Strong background in Project Planning and Management
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Project Management experience in a BPO setup is an advantage
-Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage
-Ability to operate in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision
-Strong logical, technical and analytical skills with ability to analyze and resolve problems
-Over 4 years of experience in the field is required
-Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree
-Willing to work full-time in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required)
