Job Description:
Act as the team leader among production supervisors responsible for coordinating all activities in the Production whether these are process, equipment, people and other related resources.
Responsible for the overall supervision of the production line, ensuring an effective and
efficient utilization of all resources and achievement of best quality product along every step of the process.
Qualifications:
Should be a Bachelor of Science graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Should have received internal or external training regarding GMP, 5S, SSOP, ISO, HACCP
principles
Should have a basic knowledge about production management such as planning,
organizing, communicating and directing.
Preferably with formal training on Baking Science and Technology course.
