Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the business requirements are translated in to technical requirements
Ensuring product backlog of the team. Working with the technology team to groom the user stories
Proactively identifying opportunities of improvement from market research, customer feedback, stakeholder feedback, technical debt
Identifying out of the box solutions for the problems customers are facing and ensuring that the delivery is done with in the budget/schedule allocated to the IT team
Doing technical analysis on the issues seen by the customers and identifying RCA and providing functional solution to it
Ensuring focus on customer facing metrics and identify opportunities based on feedback from the stakeholders
Aligning to the agile methodology with the delivery team and actively participating in the agile ceremonies
Managing the product metrics for the team
Market/product research activities as required
Managing the stakeholder expectations in a matrix organization structure

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools (Rally and Aha) experience writing and prioritizing user stories
3+ years of experience in IT Product Management or as IT Business Analyst preferably healthcare/pharma experience working with digital platforms
3+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner
Understanding on the front end, back-end technologies like SQL, JavaScript, React JS
Strong analytical skills, creative solutioning and a can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in agile, product- management, six sigma
3+ years of experience in writing and executing basic SQL queries
2+ previous experience with the support team, working on doing the RCA for the tickets and understanding the root of the problem and providing functional/technical solution
Experience with onboarding of the customers using digital assets
Expert level experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
Knowledge about content management systems (Drupal/Adobe analytics)
