Our PH Water Group is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to efficiently deliver projects and provide high value consultancy services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with own technical discipline or Service Line within the region to secure additional projects needed to maintain own team members and personal utilisation
Use discretion within set boundaries (operating procedures, processes, standards) to execute own tasks and coordinate activities with others across disciplines
Make recommendations when scoping and assessing the complexity of projects
Oversee all phases of medium-sized projects in the role of Project Manager
Develop the business by maintaining client relationships through excellent delivery
Lead the work of team to achieve project milestones and objectives
Allocate tasks, ensure compliance, and supervise the daily activities of the team
Provide recommendations on resourcing (people) requirements
Qualifications, Technical Skills and Experience Required
At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in the consulting industry
Experience with BioWin or other WWTP / WTP simulation software and design standards
Actively learns through experimentation and experience and seeks ways to grow and to be challenged
Anticipates and prioritizes client needs to provide high-quality client experience
Good people relationships and networking skills internally and externally
