QUALIFICATIONS:
 BS degree in Engineering;
 With at least 5 years of work experience in Engineering function on IC and Discrete Tape & Reel process;
 With good communication and presentation skills;
 With strong personality and result oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Analyze yield trends and execute action plans for Tape & Reel improvement;
 Execute strategies and action plan for yield and productivity improvement;
 Evaluate and propose machine optimization;
 Generate PFMEA, PCP and WI of a specific product/model at mass production;
 Generate MRB for material related issues;
 Generate ECN/TCN for process related changes;
 Analyze current process capability and formulate action for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
