Job Summary
As a Sr. Process Optimization Engineer Team (POET) member at Qualfon, you will work on internal strategic projects as part of a team and take responsibility for problem-solving. You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our stakeholders. As a POET, you are expected to work on varied projects across the company to service our clients leading different industries with operational excellence. You will work with leaders across the company, meet with the top executives, contribute to their company's strategic plan, aid in the execution of the biggest initiatives, become an expert in the company's organization and functional teams, and turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions.
Aptitudes
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing.
Preferred academic degree on engineering, IT, or business.
Six Sigma Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
