Primary Functions:
Procures materials and services at the lowest costconsistent with the quality and services required.
Manages supplier delivery and performance and negotiates for better terms and pricing with suppliers.
Supports manufacturing requirements and sourcing activities for existing and new Technology and Product.
Ensures continuity of supply to support manufacturing schedule with minimum investment in materials inventory.
Supports internal and/or corporate driven projects related to planning and supply chain.
Develops and implements business processes that will improve procurement system and processes.
Upholds high ethical standard of conduct in dealing with suppliers.
Will cover Production planning and material planning as needed by the organization.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Preferably with Supply Chain related licenses.
With at least 5 years experience in Supply Chain function such as sourcing, procurement, inventory management and supplier management.
Has knowledge in SAP and with good negotiation skills.
With good communication skills and proficient in English language.
Has good analytical and critical thinking skills, results-oriented, fast learner, hardworking and flexible.
With good presentation skills and willing to extend beyond working hours if necessary and able to attend occasional night meetings.
