Job Overview:
As an HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing and administering employee benefits programs. Your attention to detail and expertise in HR and payroll practices will ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of wages, and payroll reconciliation.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits regulations and implement necessary updates.
Work with stakeholders and clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
Experience working in the BPO industry preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
