QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Must have minimum of 25 years' experience in civil works involving construction of building and elevated structures i.e. viaducts, elevated railway tracks, bridges, overpasses, and precasting
- Must possess knowledge in horizontal construction
- Proven team builder and possess organizational skills and ability in managing and completing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within the budget.
- Technically astute, with significant knowledge in applicable Project Management software such as MS -
- Project, Primavera, or others
- High degree of Project Management skills with experience in modern approach
- Significant knowledge in project revenue and cost analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills i.e. written, verbal, pictorial and numerical
- Ability to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well
