Description
The Senior Manager for Operations is responsible in organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the whole Operations Department (FMS, WMS, PMM). Ensure that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing operational procedures and efficiency of the team.
1. Oversee the daily operations of the department.
2. Work in close coordination with the Vice President for Operations to make decisions for operational activities and setting up strategic goals to meet the organization's targets.
3. Improve the operational systems, processes and best practices in support of the organizations targets.
4. Liaising with the client's support are strongly felt by the clients.
5. Evaluate regularly the performance of the team and ensure that the team's performance is on track with the set targets.
6. Cost Efficiency
7. Assist the Marketing Sales & Business Development Team by providing necessary information during conduct of ocular inspection to prospective clients.
8. Ensure strict implementation and compliance to all legal requirements.
9. Ensure strict implementation of the company code of discipline, Quality Management System and Safety and Health Standards
10. Drive initiatives in the management team that contributes to long-term
11. People management and development.
12. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 4
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
