About the Role Internally knowns as Operations Analyst, this post is responsible in providing front-office portfolio management support related to annual reviews, credit memo preparation, financial analysis, trend analysis, report creation and maintenance, system of record updates, regulatory compliance, and ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities Monitor accounts and investment performance, including financial statement spreading, financial analysis, trend analysis, and document requirements tracking Prepare annual reviews, valuations and credit write-ups Update databases, system of records and worksheets and find ways to improve systems/worksheets to provide additional efficiency Review and validate monthly and quarterly regulatory compliance requirements Assist with compliance-related tasks and be up-to-date on new compliance requirements Research and compile industry reports (public company comps, cost of fund updates) and distribute to stakeholders Dialogue with US teams on conditions of accounts or investments and make recommendations based on analysis Work on assigned projects as assigned Market Skills and Certifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any course in finance 4+ years of experience in financial industry or related field Amenable to work during work US hours (night shift) Amenable to work during Philippine holidays Must have excellent oral and written skills; be able to articulate thoughts and ideas in verbal and written settings in a clear and concise matter Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial spreading and financial trend analysis, including strong knowledge on GAAP Accounting Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational and analytic skills with attention to details required Must be able to analyze and provide recommendations to US teams Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS office applications Ability to recognize and escalate issues to management for any process breaches Ability to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship Mentor junior analysts or provide SME support to the team Desired Qualifications Quick learner Highly motivated individual who is able to work well independently and in a team environment We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other status protected by applicable law.
