Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an onboarding program: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will create and implement an effective onboarding program that covers all necessary information new employees need to know, such as company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate with various departments: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will work closely with HR, IT, Logistics, and other departments to ensure that new employees have all the tools they need to perform their job duties.
Facilitate new hire orientation: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring that new employees are welcomed, informed of company culture, and given an overview of their responsibilities and expectations.
Provide training and coaching: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will provide training and coaching to new employees, ensuring that they are fully equipped to perform their job duties.
Develop metrics to track progress: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will develop metrics to track the success of the onboarding program, making adjustments as necessary to improve the experience for new employees.
Act as a liaison: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will act as a liaison between new employees and management, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation: The Senior Onboarding Specialist will maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately
Requirements:
Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is a plus
Strategic thinker and problem solver Excellent storyteller (preferably across different mediums of storytelling)
Strong relationship and people skills
Strong project management skills
Effective listening and communication skills
Understands how to inspire and empower groups of people
Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, public relations, or other related degrees
*Candidates must be willing to report onsite. The office is located in Ortigas, Pasig City.
*Working Schedule is M-F 7am to 4pm (Weekends Off)
