Role Description:
The key to the role is exploration, active monitoring and learning. We need someone who actively wants to learn about domain and system and then learn how it works and how to monitor and solve it. The goal is to maintain the existing system and release it with new features. Develop a solution to monitor the existing system and detect potential problems. The entire team working on the CRM system is divided into 5 teams working from Poland.
Main Responsibilities:
Proactive monitoring of the system (ELK, CloudWatch, Grafana)
Taking part in developing a monitoring system
Guiding development teams how to use monitoring systems correctly
Root cause analysis of incidents in production (creating lessons learnt docs)
Proactive acquisition of knowledge from domain experts from the US
Fixing post-release issues and suggesting changes that are necessary to improve stability
Taking part in brainstorming sessions when an incident in the production environment appeared
Work with the Team Leader to define software requirements.
Skills / Qualifications:
Advance knowledge in the English language, both oral and in writing;
6 to 8+ years' experience in software development;
Knowledge of .NET Framework 4+, .NET Core 3.1+;
Knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM (Entity Framework, Dapper);
Advance knowledge of Amazon Web Services;
Moderate Administration skills related to VMs, Elasticsearch cluster, IIS, ECS, Beanstalk;
Knowledge Octopus, Docker, Kibana, APM experience • Basic knowledge of Angular 9+ and TypeScript;
Knowledge of AngularJS, rxjs, ngrx, kendo UI and Jest;
Positive attitude to exploring and getting to know client's system;
Self-motivated, passionate, and ambitious, and most importantly, you have pride in what you create;
Efficient to work independently with little supervision.
