We are looking for someone with:
At least two years of experience as a Multimedia Artist producing various types of collateral
Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Design Suite (After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Skills in using Microsoft Office applications/tools (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)-experienced in creating PowerPoint presentations.
Has a background in covering events or video shoots using necessary equipment (e.g., DSLR, drone, lights, etc.).
Experience working on content management systems for updating web pages.
Immense knowledge of Print Production Fundamentals (a must).
Willingness to learn how to create accessible or AODA/ADA-compliant collaterals.
Experience as a creative liaison with cross-functional teams in the Publishing, Advertising/Marketing, Media, Design, or Film industries
Solid communication (listening, speaking, and writing) and organizational skills.
Excellent performance despite pressure
Accuracy and detail-oriented
The ability to adapt to gradual changes and be flexible with priorities.
Positive and collaborative characteristics as a team member
The capability to think of new initiatives and process improvements.
An online portfolio with videos, creative projects, and sample text-heavy documents is required for submission and assessment.
Experience working with international clients and in a BPO environment is not required but is an advantage.
On the job, you will:
Produce collateral based on the client's or an account manager's instruction brief.
Work with a wide range of media (e.g., storyboards, videos, animations, subtitling, booklets, magazines, brochures, newsletters, decks, mock-ups, print, web assets, photography, web page updates, etc.).
Make collateral accessible or AODA/ADA-compliant upon request.
Acts as the main backup of the Video Team's SME or QA.
Work with the Project Coordinator, Quality Analysts, other Graphic Designers, and Account Managers to meet clients needs.
Communicate with the client to discuss business objectives and requirements.
Pitch ideas to clients.
Manage client relations and determine their present and future needs.
Estimate the time required to complete the task.
Oversee the production phase.
Observe project deadlines and track progress.
Look into and develop concepts.
Organize employee engagement activities.
