The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team (HDC).

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the overseeing of consultants, designers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
Supporting the mechanical engineering team in undertaking the technical reviews and compliance checks of the contractor's submittals.
Performing standardised procedures for monitoring the progression of planning, design and construction phases.
Interfacing with project designers and contractors to coordinate the design intent with construction delivery.
Preparing reports for project director and client indicating procedure adherence and project progress.
Ensuring periodic inspection of construction activities and compiles non-compliance reports as appropriate and recommending the appropriate follow up action.
Ensuring that the main contractor is in compliance with project plans and specifications.
Striving to ensure the project time and cost objectives are met.
Implementing and following quality assurance and HSE program procedures.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Supporting in the development and implementation of claims avoidance and mitigation strategies.
Overseeing Mechanical procurement, cost and commercial support to the consultant's commercial team.
Acting as a focal point for client and external teams.
Being accountable for the Mechanical engineering delivery on the projects from design to commissioning and handover.

You will have a degree qualification in mechanical engineering. You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
