Job Description
Maintain HVAC Equipment. Perform visual checks and inspection, cleaning component replacement, preventive and corrective maintenance of AHU, ACCU, FCU, HCU, DXU, CRAC Units, Fans and other HVAC related equipment and component.
Maintain Chilled water, Domestic Water, Drainage Water and Fire Water System and its components such as piping, different kind and type of valves, strainers, filters, water heater, PRV and other specialty items like Fire Department Connections, Flo
Maintain submersible, fire and jockey, booster, circulating and transfer pumps. • Maintain Plumbing equipment and fixtures. Perform functional checks and controls of all mechanical equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and periodic checks of all equipment and its components. Record observations encountered during maintenance checks.
Interpret mechanical plan, maintenance manual and schematic drawings. Lead group of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians.
Proficient in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance of Mechanical Equipment such as HVAC, Chilled Water, Domestic Water, Drainage Water and Fire Water System.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
With documented work experience in mechanical maintenance / commissioning.
Knowledgeable in Operating and maintenance manual of different types of mechanical equipment
Knowledgeable in Lock Out Tag Out Procedure, Basic control and electrical system of HVAC, Chilled Water, Domestic and Drainage Water and Fire Water System.
