SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER
 
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR/SENIOR MANAGER
 
The Senior Marketing Officer oversees the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message. Together with the Marketing Director, he ensures that the team is effectively promoting the company and targeting the correct and appropriate audience in all its campaigns.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles e-marketing works, project website, social media platforms and other digital/media-related marketing techniques and methods.
Manages SEO and Pay-Per-Click, e-mail, website, and social media marketing campaigns
Creates and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
Innovates and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Develops engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
Coordinates with consultants, third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content
Helps in the implementation of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites including listings on different project listing platforms.
Provides assistance when needed, in conducting PKS for accredited realty firms or broker partners especially in the unavailability of the Marketing Director or the Brokers Coordinator.
Works with the Marketing Director in obtaining market research such as current trends in real estate, local and international, and the needs and desires of our clientele.
Helps in creating a target audience and builds campaigns and promotions aimed at the desired group of customers.
Helps the Marketing Director in gathering and interpreting data by analyzing business reports and conducting surveys.
Works together with the Marketing Director in the creative and graphics design works of all marketing collaterals both digital or printed.
Helps the Marketing Director in analyzing ad campaigns or promotions to determine if they are successful or whether or not they may need to modify them.
Creates or alters brand images, reaching out to a new target audience and creates a budget to cover all necessary expenses.
Assists the Marketing Director and Brokers Coordinators in updating accredited brokers on project progress/events/promos etc. and attending to brokers and agents' inquiries.
Oversees the regular upkeep and maintenance of the model house and garden and assist the Marketing Director in periodic revamp of the same.
Undertakes any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
