Job Description
General Duties
NOTE: REPLACEMENT TO ROUISE RECOMONO
Coordinate exhibit schedules within Marketing group and other external partners/suppliers.
Reviews and approves potential or short-listed exhibit sites for various projects/products.
Monitors impact of, and feedback from exhibitions.
Recommends for approval special arrangement with exhibit operators on long-term arrangement/special payment arrangement.
Coordinate development and production of exhibit modules.
Source out all items required for new exhibits including, but not limited to, furniture, TV set and DVD Player, carpet, etc.
Coordinate and supervise ingress and egress of exhibits.
Ensure each and every exhibit is displayed properly and in its most presentable state with complete modules, furniture, appliances, project CD, etc.
Monitor inventory and movement of exhibit modules, furniture, and appliances.
Ensure upkeep and update of exhibit booths, including but not limited to, exhibit modules, furniture, and appliances.
Ensures merchandising resources are utilized cost-effectively.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Professional Eligibility

. Excellence in analysis and problem-solving

. Exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both English and Filipino
Education

Graduate of any Communication / Marketing / Business Management course from any of the top universities in the Philippines. MBA or equivalent a plus
Experience
NOTE: REPLACEMENT TO ROUISE RECOMONO
7-10 years of Marketing Communications, Trade Marketing experience in the Real Estate, FMCG or Telco industry
Responsibility
NOTE: REPLACEMENT TO ROUISE RECOMONO
Overall coordination, management and supervision of project exhibits.

Coordinate design with Creative Head
Oversee production quality
Ensures that all requirements are smoothly implemented according to the projects marketing thrusts and that quality standard and deadlines are met with prudent spending.
