As a Senior Content Writer/Editor for our Marketing Team, your job is to create and distribute relevant, valuable, and effective content to help the company attract, grow, and retain customers.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Creating persuasive content for our web pages, emailers, marketing collaterals, social media posts, online blogs, videos, and other sales and marketing materials
Creating and implementing a content strategy that supports the company's overall marketing plan
Creating and maintaining an editorial calendar, coordinating with other content writers to ensure standards are maintained
Proofreading/editing content to ensure quality and improve content effectiveness
Coordinating with various teams for the implementation of content-driven initiatives
Identifying customers' needs and recommending content to increase conversion
Testing various messaging styles, tailor fitting messages based on a solid understanding of different audience personas
Optimizing content for conversion and optimization
Recommending and implementing process changes to drive improvements
Requirements:
5+ years' experience as marketing/sales content writer
Highly detail oriented
Updated with SEO techniques for content optimization
Able to write conversion-driven content
Excellent writing and editing skills
