You will have an opportunity to:
-Be accountable for overseeing the whole training and development team and continuously seek growth for your team members. You will also monitor, understand multiple key performance indicators, and coach/support trainers as they learn new concepts and methods to solidify training services.
-Assist and support the VP of Training and Development in leading the training team
-Lead and manage training need analysis
-Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training activities
-Initiate innovative and continued improvement of the training functions
-Identify gaps and research analysis to improve training services
-Coaching and mentoring the training and development team
-Strong cross-functional understanding particularly with Recruitment, WFM and Operations
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required

-Detail- and process-oriented
-Proactive and action-oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
-Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds
-Excellent presentation/facilitation skills, with experience in a training/facilitation role
-College diploma
-5 years+ of call center experience - Training and Development
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
-Superior written and verbal English language skills
-Strong leadership and coaching ability
-Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy-to-apply terms
-Excellent communication skills
-Computer literate
-Willingness to travel
-Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required
