At least a minimum of 5+ years as BPO / Contact Center Manager
Working knowledge and experience in the operations - NDAs, SLAs, SOWs, KPIs, etc.
Willingness to work with people in various countries
Effective Manager in operations, people management and client relationships
Familiar with the online marketing business
Amenable to work in Pasig City
