I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manages Daily Operations in appointed areas through review of staffing levels and resources to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met; and conducts departmental and section meetings, and periodical rounds within appointed sections in order to ensure smooth flow of operations. Provides leadership, vision and direction by establishing mid and long terms goals such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), annual action plans, marketing plans, budget preparation, and cost control measures with the assistance of his/her subordinates to guarantee that departmental goals are achieved in an efficient and effective manner. Ensures that Corporate Policies and Procedures, Food and Beverage Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures are strictly implemented and followed by monitoring, training, educating and auditing to ensure compliance. Liaises with other Business Units through effective means of communication in order to cascade relevant data and information to and from Food and Beverage Division to ensure the stability, harmony and uniformity in implementing corporate plans and goals in giving delightful and exciting experiences to our guests. Handles all guest and internal complaints and inquiries that needs the attention and care of the Food and Beverage upper management in a courteous and efficient manner to make sure that problems are solved with utmost satisfaction. Provides guidance and direction to subordinates by setting performance standards, monitoring performance and productivity, employee recognition and training; and strives to treat employees fairly and equitably in order to ensure employee satisfaction and improve employee retention. Monitors Outlet performance by analyzing data and information on a monthly and yearly basis based on the Profit and loss Statement report and formulate appropriate measures and corrective actions to ensure financials targets are achieved. Performs any other responsibilities and tasks related to Food and Beverage Service as assigned by the immediate superior. II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as in a Senior Manager level in an Integrated Resort or a 5-star/International Property Leadership Skills: Communication and Interpersonal Skills Commercial Awareness & Innovation Relationship Building People Management Decision Making Planning and Organizational Skills Critical and Analytical Thinking Applied Business Knowledge Technical Skills : Computer and Basic Software Proficiency POS and Restaurant Reservation System Technical Writing o Project Management Data Analysis Other Qualifications : Flexibility and Multi-Tasking Oral and written fluency in English Good understanding of the local language Any other language would be an advantage
