WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Ensure the timely, efficient and scalable deployment of digital platforms and other technology solutions through the effective management of resources, solutions and opportunities. Determine the product features that will go with each deployment and manage the prioritization of the efforts to deliver on the expected features. Maintain all platforms so that it continues to perform relevant to the objectives of the deployment.
Manage the development of programs, deployment of softwares or production of digital platforms from concept to ready for production. This may include the conduct of feasibility studies, managing system and process designers, overseeing hardware/software/application developers, ensuring the quality of the output of the testing team and implementing a change strategy for deployment of solutions
Lead and steer the AGILE team, acting as the product owner and liaising with interfacing with product development team, customer service and operations, finance, human resources, IT and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of programs
Provide the definition of program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring right platform strategy during execution.
Determine and implement the most efficient delivery path for projects by optimizing the cost components, managing the program scope and the changes there in, monitoring of timelines to ensure on-time delivery, track progress and identified performance metrics and reconcile what has been developed to the expectations for that platform
In accordance with the policies of the company and in recognition of the digital nature of the solutions being deployed, ensure that client and other proprietary information of the company its customers, vendors, subcontractors and partners is protected.
Definine and manage the priorities against the available capacity of team members with proper consultations with stakeholders and the management team
Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture by managing a cross-disciplinary team.
Ensure scalability and stability of digital solutions by encouraging regular iteration, standardization of work quality, setting up of control and risk mitigating checkpoints, and delivering regular product versions in accordance with Agile methodologies.
